Ultra Coat is our final white or coloured paint coating which acts as a one-way membrane, allowing moisture to escape to the surface but prevents moisture ingress into the treated substrate.
Additional properties include:
- A high degree of elasticity, so it won't chip or crack
- Excellent adhesion capabilities to all surfaces
- Colour fastness: won't fade
- Natural pigments that won't fade with time
- Natural Fungi retardant
- Heat and flame resistant to 230°C
- No hardening or deterioration with age
- An aggressive scrubbing endurance; paint is hardy and extremely durable
- Non-toxic: great for the families, asthmatics, the applicators and the environment
- Odourless on application: people can move in and out of the painting environment with no upset due to toxic smell. Pets are safe
- Immediate occupancy of painted premises due to odourlessness
The Ultra-Coat product is a textured paint that can be used as an acoustic sound absorber on walls and ceilings. Although it is typically applied as a decorative finish on walls, it is ideal for obscuring building defects over a prolonged period of time.
Anecdotal evidence includes:
- A 14-year-old sample of dried paint remains pliable and elastic
- A church painted white 30 years ago still appears white. (i.e. no yellowing with age)
- Colour fastness for more than 70,000 hours.
- Building painted with Ultra-Coat between 5° and 7° cooler.

Due to its unique formulation, Ultra-Coat acts as a one-way membrane, allowing moisture to escape to the surface but prevents moisture ingress into the treated structure.
Some of it's unique properties include:
- A high degree of elasticity
- Excellent adhesion to practically any surface
- Colour fastness. (UV protection by natural pigmentation)
- Fungi retardant
- Heat resistant
- Will not harden or deteriorate with age
- Dries with a beautiful eggshell finish
- Withstand aggressive scrubbing
- Has low flame index
- Non-toxic and odourless on application no V.O.C
Ultra-Coat is typically applied as a decorative finish on walls, it is ideal for obscuring building defects over a prolonged period of time.
Ultra-Coat can be applied internally and externally and with zero VOC content should be the coating of choice in the following environments:
- Hospitals
- Domestic homes where asthmaticss and those with hyper-sensitivities and allergies are a problem
- Daycare centers
- Restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels etc
- Walls and floors as Ultralast does not host dirt and gives off no toxic emissions

All surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned and free of any loose particles.
