Ultra-BondFirst is a highly acrylic water based penetrating primer or undercoat that has excellent flexibility and impact resistant properties on all surfaces it's applied to. Ultra-Bond is suitable for application over old and new concrete, slates, bricks, plaster, asbestos, roof tiles, hard boards, chip boards; aluminium, galvanized steel, painted areas, etc. Other major advantages of the product include:
- Deep penetration allows the primer to gain a tough durable grip on the surface it's applied to, creating a long-lasting quality coating

Ultra-BondFirst is suitable for application over the following surfaces:
- Old and new concrete
- Slates
- Bricks
- Plaster
- Roof tiles
- Hard boards
- Chip boards
- Aluminium
- Galvanized steel
- Pre painted areas
- Remove laitance, oil, grease, fat deposits, and chemical components form the surface.
- Concrete should be left at least 28 days before application.
- Old weathering surfaces should be stripped down to remove lose adhesion and flake metals.
- The affected area should be washed or hosed down with water before application.

Clean all equipment thoroughly with water immediately after use.
