The Copper surface you are working with may have to be treated differently depending on its current state.
New / unpainted (Water pipes)

- Clean surface of any dirt / dust and grime.
- Rinse with clean water
- Application

- Apply 1 coat Ultra-BondFirst
- Apply 2 coats of Ultralast product of choice

Previously painted and peeling
