AquaBond 23 is a water activated, combined elastic waterproofing sealant and powerful bonding agent for filling and sealing cracks and joints in metal, concrete and wood surfaces, which prevents water penetration. When cured, it forms a tough, highly durable, flexible seal that has ultimate protection properties and can tolerate thermal shrinkage movements of the substrates. It is ideal for application to metal roofs, parapets, dams, gutters, down pipes, concrete roofs, pre-cast panel walls, glazing, etc. Additional advantages include:

Aquabond 23 is specifically designed for the following purposes:
- Water proofing (tanking)
- Crack filling in timber, brickwork, metal surfaces, bitumen, concrete and other road surfaces
- Water proofing and sealing hebel products
Ensure all traces of loose friable materials; dirt, oil, and debris are removed.
AquaBond 23 can be applied onto a damp surface.
Once dry other Ultralast products such as Ultralast NuPave can be applied over the top.

Clean all equipment thoroughly with methylated spirits after use.
Keep containers well sealed.
